VOYAGE FOUNDATION ASSISTANCE APPLICATION PROCESS

Individuals in need can complete the application form to begin the process. Alternatively, you can send a message through our contact form. Our team will review the application and may reach out for additional information.

Applicants selected for an initial screening interview will be invited to a Zoom meeting to learn how funding works, answer a few questions, and review the terms and conditions of any offer made by Voyage Foundation.

If at any point in the review process an applicant is determined to be unsuitable to receive assistance, we will notify that person in writing.

The Board of Directors will meet with the Clinical Advisory team to discuss each suitable applicant and devise a course of treatment for that individual.

Applicants who appear to be suitable candidates will be invited to an interview via Zoom to discuss specific treatment and funding needs and treatment recommendations.

Candidates will be notified of their acceptance or denial within 1-2 weeks following the formal interview via email. Our team will continue to work with beneficiaries to assist them in the initial stages of their admission.
